This service is provided for lawful browsing only. The streaming or downloading of copyrighted material (including unauthorised live sports/IPTV) is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor traffic and cooperate with law enforcement or rights holders in the event of illegal activity. Use of this service is at your own risk.

Your safety is our priority. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to a member of our team before ordering. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various allergens, and we cannot guarantee any dish is 100% allergen-free. Guest Wi-Fi: Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Service is provided by HBAR Pub Company Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using our Wi-Fi service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access the Service.

2. Lawful Use Only

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Service to:

 * Infringe Intellectual Property: Download, stream, share, or distribute copyrighted material for which you do not have a license (including but not limited to pirated films, TV, music, or live sports via unauthorized sites/IPTV).

 * Commit Illegal Acts: Access or distribute defamatory, obscene, or threatening material, or engage in any activity that constitutes a criminal offense in the UK.

 * Harm the Network: Spread viruses, perform “denial of service” attacks, or interfere with other users’ access.

3. Monitoring and Cooperation

We reserve the right to monitor network traffic to ensure compliance with these terms and to maintain network health. You acknowledge that we may be required by UK law (including requests from law enforcement or rights holders under the Digital Economy Act) to provide information regarding your usage and device identity in the event of suspected illegal activity.

4. Indemnity (Your Responsibility)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless “HBAR Pub Company Ltd  ” against all claims, liability, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

 * Any breach by you of these terms.

 * Any claim that your use of the Service infringed the intellectual property rights of a third party.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any loss of data, unauthorized access to your device, or any indirect or consequential loss resulting from your use of the Wi-Fi.
